Website – hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, available at www.aparthotele.org, is managed and operated by TECHNIQ, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
Device – an electronic device through which the Website user accesses the Website.
Website User – any person who visits the website or uses its functionalities, including the option to send an enquiry via the contact form available on the website or to send a direct e-mail enquiry.

PERSONAL DATA PROVIDED BY THE USER
The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the User.
All Website User data is collected and processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy, which has been in force since 25 May 2018.
